Business Development and Marketing Lead
Indo Global Social Service Society a national NGO is looking for a suitable candidate for setting up business of rural women groups through consumer awareness and understanding their requirements; branding of products; guiding women groups for quality standards; linking them with financial &technical support and other skill building opportunities
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra with travel to rural parts of wardha and yavatmal
Skill Set:
- Proven experience of Business development with SHGs
- Good Communication and Marketing skills
- Open to travel and interact with people
- Good in understanding market demand, analysing the product cycle
- Understand the local market, demand and challenges
- Innovative in thinking to explore new possibilities
Education and experience:
- MBA- Marketing/Agri Business or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience successfully managing the FPO or similar enterprises
